Weymouth Street Pastors

We have been out and about on the streets of Weymouth since 2008 on every Friday and Saturday night. We are there to help or be a listening ear, so please come up and say “hello”.

A Saturday night “ Soup Kitchen” which provides a 3 course meal; signposting; listening; prayer; hats; gloves; warm clothing. Located on Westham Bridge, Weymouth.

Helping local people in crisis. We don’t think that anybody in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide 3 days nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people. If you are in need please contact us.

Nest Community Shop

The Nest is a not-for-profit community shop based in Weymouth. We provide cheap, good quality, nutritious food to families and individuals who have limited disposable income.

Where?
We are set up in The Waverley Community centre on Abbotsbury Road (which used to be a pub called the Waverley Arms). The address is 121 Abbotsbury Road, Weymouth, DT4 0JX. Our entrance is around the side of the building and there are orange signs pointing you to it.

When?
We are open from 10am to 2pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Our members can visit once a week.

Who?
Our shop is only open to our members, who are families and individuals with limited disposable income.
